 Designed to support mothers-to-be on their pregnancy journeys, from conception all the way to birth.
These classes will help you meet your changing physical and emotional needs, preparing you physically and mentally for birth and baby.

- Guided meditation to connect with your baby
- Safe Uplifting and strengthening exercises

Mum's & Bubs Yoga

Postnatal Mum's N Bub's classes are designed for local mum's to come together in this beautiful time post birth to connect with each other, bond with baby and support in regaining strength, flexibility and mindfulness post-birth.

Pregnancy Massage 

As we all know there are SO MANY changes that happen to our bodies during pregnancy. Massage is an amazing way to manage any pain that comes with these changes. It will also assist with a better nights sleep, fluid retention, relieving stress and tension and help mama-to-be to feel relaxed.
