Prenatal Yoga
Currently on pause (Lisa on maternity leave)
Designed to support mothers-to-be on their pregnancy journeys, from conception all the way to birth.
These classes will help you meet your changing physical and emotional needs, preparing you physically and mentally for birth and baby.
- Back and pelvic floor strength
- Learn calming breathing techniques
- Guided meditation to connect with your baby
- Safe Uplifting and strengthening exercises
Tuesday's 6.45pm (45min session)

Mum's & Bubs Yoga
Postnatal Mum's N Bub's classes are designed for local mum's to come together in this beautiful time post birth to connect with each other, bond with baby and regain strength, flexibility and mindfulness post-birth with support.
Days/times to be advised upon reopening
45min class (4 week program)
Cost: $75 (for 4 classes)



Pregnancy Massage
(Currently on pause, Lisa on maternity leave)
The female body experiences SO MANY changes during pregnancy. Massage is an amazing and practical way to manage any pain that comes with these changes. It will also assist with a better nights sleep, fluid retention, relieving stress and tension and help mama-to-be to feel relaxed.
Also, an ah-mazing way to get some oxytocin flowing through your body, who doesn't want a few of those happy hormones happening?
