Our small and intimate classes allow for individual attention to each and every student from our passionate teachers, creating a supportive and inclusive environment for each and every one of you to thrive. 

We provide everything you need including yoga mats and props.

Lisa is a miracle worker! Thanks to her amazing massages & her yoga classes, my chronic migraines are finally under control. Pilates & yoga is my favourite time of the week - a workout with a good stretch & mindfulness is the best combination!  


Lisa & Darren are amazing & dedicated yoga instructors & I would highly recommend them. Attending their yoga classes is one of the best decisions I've made in my life! I was pretty nervous at the start because I was not flexible at all; However, they are incredibly patient teachers, who create a very safe & welcoming environment for beginners not to feel intimidated when attending classes with more advanced students.


From the moment you walk in, Lisa & Darren are so inviting and both are amazing teachers. They work with my injury and guide me to become a better yogi. Highly recommended.
