TERM 3 YOGA

12TH July - 19th September

10 weeks

Exhale all of your stress & join us on your yoga mat at home for a mindful,

vinyasa yoga practice. 60minute classes designed to integrate mindfulness, strength,

flexibility & relaxation all in one.

OPTION 1 

ONLINE CLASSES ONLY

- Unlimited access to five live streamed 60 minute yoga classes a week.

via ZOOM for 10 weeks.

- Access to our private member yoga group on Facebook where you will receive regular tips, short videos, motivation, inspiration, support and community vibes. 

- A recording of the classes will be posted in the facebook group incase you miss or want to repeat any sessions.

COST: $180

OPTION 2

FACE TO FACE CLASSES

One face to face class per week.

Classes will be limited to only 4 students per class.

Classes will be intimate and tailored to the group.

Note - These classes will be zoomed for students practicing with us from home.

COST: $220

OPTION 3

FACE TO FACE AND ONLINE

1 face to face class per week PLUS access to ALL online classes, recordings and the private facebook members group.

This option is ideal if you want to practice more then once a week and want to

 enjoy both options.

COST: $300

HOW TO SIGN UP

Step 1. For online classes book online via the yoga page

For face to face classes contact me asap to book yourself in.

Step 2. Deposit $ to the following account details -

Step 3. Add me on facebook so I can add you to our private member group - Lisa Villanueva

(You do not HAVE to be on facebook to join the livestream classes,

but it would be ideal if you were as you'd have access to our private group) 

If you are joining us casually I will email or text you the zoom link privately. 

Step 4. Follow instructions on the facebook group to join zoom,

or I will send them to you directly if you choose to not be on Facebook.

 

WHAT DO I NEED FOR ONLINE CLASSES?

1. A yoga mat is ideal, but not crucial. If you don't have one you could practice on carpet, or a towel. 

2. Internet connection

3. Arrive 5min early

4. Optional: Relaxing music, candles, incense

(whatever will make your experience more enjoyable) 

WHAT DO I NEED FOR FACE TO FACE CLASSES?

 1. If you have your own yoga mat please bring it.

(This will help to keep things extra clean and minimise the spread of any germs)

2. You can also bring your own blanket for savasana.

3. A bottle of water.

Meet the Whispa Wellness duo!

Lisa has over 12 years of experience as a remedial massage therapist and loves all things mind & body! Her intention is to inspire others to look after themselves mentally, physically & spiritually - to choose you! Lisa is also a qualified vinyasa yoga instructor. Off her yoga mat, Lisa loves to travel and spend time in nature.

Darren is our mobile massage therapist & is available at our studio in Ardeer or can be booked for treatments in the comfort of your own home!

Darren also teaches men's yoga classes every Sunday & is passionate about men's health & bringing more men into the yoga community. Darren is friendly & makes anyone feel comfortable in his presence.
