Bookings, Attendance and Payment

By purchasing/booking into a class, you automatically agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

The Introductory Offer of $49 for 2 weeks of unlimited classes is available to brand new clients ONLY. It can only be purchased once and CANNOT be extended. This pass is valid for all classes excluding workshops and events.

The Introductory Offer Pass ACTIVATES from the date of your purchase and has a 14 day expiry.

Single and Multi-Class Passes ACTIVATES from the date of purchase and have a 3 to 6 month expiry depending on which package you chose to purchase.

If you book into a class with your class pass and do not show up without giving us 8 hours notice beforehand, it will automatically be deducted from your pass.

All purchases are deemed final, are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or service. NO refunds or transfers are permitted for partial use of class packs or memberships.

In the case of a serious injury, we will require a medical certificate in order to extend the expiry date of a session pack. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiration date. In the event that a refund is issued a medical certificate will need to be supplied and a 5% transaction/administration fee deducted.

Classes are not transferable to another individual and cannot under any circumstances be used by another person.

To ensure your safety and avoid disruption to the class, latecomers who are more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted to class.

Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Whispa Wellness reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.

Classes are for clients 15 years and over. Clients under 18 years of age will need their parent or guardian to sign a waiver form before they can participate in class.
Cancellation Policy

Private Sessions: A 24hr cancellation policy applies

Group Classes: A 8-hour cancellation policy strictly applies.

Late cancellations/no-shows will not be offered a refund.

In the event of a late cancellation (within 8 hours of class starting) or a ‘no-show’ you will forfeit the class.

Membership​​

The minimum sign-up term is 2 months (8 x weekly payments)

If you were entitled to 2 weeks of free classes, your minimum of 8 weeks will begin after your first free 2 weeks. (Total of 10 weeks)

If you decide to cancel your membership before the first 8 weeks you will be required to pay out the full contract. (8 weeks)

Memberships are entitled to one suspension every 6 months. You must submit your request VIA EMAIL 7 days before the suspension start date.

All memberships require valid credit card or debit card details to be stored in order to process payments.
Suspensions & Contract Cancellation

Memberships can be suspended from 7 – 30 days maximum. Clients on maternity leave are entitled to a 90-day maximum suspension period.

You must submit all membership suspension requests VIA EMAIL with 1 weeks notice before your suspension start date.

You must submit all membership cancellation requests VIA EMAIL with 2 weeks notice before your cancellation start date.

All classes must be redeemed by the same member. Your membership cannot be shared with any other person.
· Memberships cannot be used for courses or workshops. These services are provided at an extra costs.
· We reserve the right to make changes to timetables and instructors without notice.

Personal Agreement

I agree that Whispa Wellness is in no way responsible for my personal belongings whilst I attend class. I agree to participate in classes knowing that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I have disclosed any previous illnesses, injury or disease. I acknowledge that I have sought appropriate medical advice in relation to any previous illnesses, injuries or disease and I am aware that they may be exasperated or prevent me from executing the class safely.I agree that I, my family, assigns or legal representatives will not take any legal claims of any kind against Whispa Wellness or its representatives and members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or any other matter. In the case of any theft of your personal property, you must report it to a staff member of Whispa Wellness immediately.
