Join Laura for a feel good class designed for carers and their little ones to move, stretch, and unwind together. Expect a mix of simple yoga flows, playful moments, and time to slow down and connect - no pressure, no perfection.

Restorative Yoga & Massage Mini retreat
​Friday 8th May 7pm-9pm
Join us for a deeply restful two-hour mini retreat.
Begin your evening with a guided restorative yoga sequence - supported, nourishing postures designed to help your body soften and feel safe, allowing your mind to gently open into a beautiful guided meditation led by our qualified hypnotherapist and yoga instructor, Di.
As you settle into each posture, you’ll be guided into deeper states of relaxation while receiving mini back, leg, scalp and foot massages from qualified massage therapists Lisa and Darren.
Finish the evening with nibbles, tea or bubbles, and time to connect with the group.

Energy Healing is a non- invasive technique that balances and restores energy in the body. Optimal energy flow within the body ensures physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
All of us have an energy field around us and our energy field informs matter (our body.) Hence it is important to look after our field and keep it replenished so that we have energy to draw from for our body's healing and balance.
Everyone's experience is unique but a few common threads as a result of energy healing is the feeling of lightness, feeling relaxed in the body, physically replenished, a sense of letting go and the feeling of joy and love.
