Join us in our Restorative Yoga & Massage Mini Retreat.

This 2-hour retreat includes a restorative yoga sequence guided by our qualified hypnotherapist and yoga instructor Dianne. Enjoy supported relaxing stretches while your pampered with a back, leg, scalp, and foot massage by our qualified remedial massage therapists Lisa & Darren.

Finish off the evening with a guided relaxation meditation then enjoy some nibbles, tea or bubbles with the group. This retreat is the perfect opportunity to release tension, relax, and rejuvenate.

Slow flow & Sound bath meditation

Join us for a relaxing evening to end off your week.
In this 90 minute session, we give our mind, body and spirit an opportunity to fully relax in a beautiful and welcoming space.
The session will begin by inviting the body to settle in using the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and breath work to activate your parasympathetic nervous system.
Followed by gentle movements of the body through a slow flow style of yoga, and ending with a 40 minute sound bath using crystal bowls and other soothing instruments.

After the session, feel free to stick around for some tea and nibbles.

Energy Healing is a non- invasive technique that balances and restores energy in the body. Optimal energy flow within the body ensures physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
All of us have an energy field around us and our energy field informs matter (our body.) Hence it is important to look after our field and keep it replenished so that we have energy to draw from for our body's healing and balance.
Everyone's experience is unique but a few common threads as a result of energy healing is the feeling of lightness, feeling relaxed in the body, physically replenished, a sense of letting go and the feeling of joy and love.
