Perfect for absolute beginners, this class will teach you the foundations of Bachata in a relaxed and supportive environment. You’ll learn basic footwork, rhythm, partner connection, and simple turns, all while building confidence, having fun, and moving your body.

No experience or partner needed. Just bring yourself, a willingness to learn, and get ready to enjoy the music, meet new people, and discover why Bachata is one of the most loved Latin dances in the world.

All of us have an energy field around us and our energy field informs matter (our body.) Hence it is important to look after our field and keep it replenished so that we have energy to draw from for our body's healing and balance.
Everyone's experience is unique but a few common threads as a result of energy healing is the feeling of lightness, feeling relaxed in the body, physically replenished, a sense of letting go and the feeling of joy and love.
