Service Description

Energy Healing is a non- invasive technique that balances and restores energy in the body. Optimal energy flow within the body ensures physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. All of us have an energy field around us and our energy field informs matter (our body.) Hence it is important to look after our field and keep it replenished so that we have energy to draw from for our body's healing and balance. Everyone's experience is unique but a few common threads as a result of energy healing is the feeling of lightness, feeling relaxed in the body, physically replenished, a sense of letting go and the feeling of joy and love.
