Service Description
Energy Medicine Yoga combines the foundational aspects of yoga you love with the added benefit of balancing and healing your energy. Through the use of acupressure points, meridians, chakras, and other energy modalities, you’ll learn techniques to protect your energy, release trapped emotions, and deepen your intuition and self-connection. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please do so at least 6 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 6 hours of class, or no-shows, will be subject to the following: Unlimited Members: $5 late cancellation fee Class Packs: The class credit will be forfeited Casual Bookings: The class payment will be forfeited Thanks for helping us keep class spaces available for our community and giving others the opportunity to book in.
